Human Reproduction & Sexual Health in Space SYMPOSIUM
REFUND POLICY
In the event of a cancellation and/or delay(s) of the 2024 Space Reproduction Symposium, we have a 30-day refund policy, which means you will be issued a refund of your registration fee within 30 days of our notification to you of a symposium cancellation, or of your submitting a request for a refund due to a delay. To be eligible for a refund, your payment must have already been cleared by your financial institution.
To request a refund in the event of a delay, you can contact us at contact@space-reproduction.org. Please mention “Registration Refund” in your email’s subject. We will respond with additional information on the processing of your refund within 48 hours of your email.
Refunds
Beyond event cancellation or delay(s), our symposium team will consider refund requests in the event of unforeseen personal circumstances, but cannot guarantee a refund will be issued. We will notify you once we’ve received your refund request, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note, it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
By registering for our event, you agree that the 2024 Space Reproduction Symposium team, its sponsoring/supporting organizations, and/or organizers are NOT responsible for the refund of any associated travel costs, accommodation costs (booked via third party), or any other miscellaneous costs that you may incur to attend the symposium in the event of a cancellation and/or delay, and that any refund requests for such costs must be coordinated with the third parties through which you sought those additional services.
Financial donations to the Symposium proceedings through our Donation page are considered final, refunds will not be considered for issuance unless the Symposium is fully cancelled.
Questions about our Refund Policy should be sent to us at contact@space-reproduction.org.
