Human Reproduction & Sexual Health in Space SYMPOSIUM
MEDIA CONSENT, WAIVER AND RELEASE POLICY
By submitting their information via our website’s electronic registration form, the symposium registrant authorizes the 2024 Space Reproduction Symposium team – comprised of a consortium of ASRI Network Inc., SpaceBorn United Inc., the Earthlight Foundation, and Cranfield University – (the “organization”), and its partners, agents, representatives, assigns, successors in interest and licensees, to photograph, audiotape, and/or videotape the registrant during the 2024 symposium event and grant the Organization and its partners the irrevocable right to use the registrant’s photograph, audio recording, video recording, or any reproduction or modification thereof (the “Photograph,” “Audio,” and/or “Video”), in any manner or medium throughout the world an unlimited number of times in perpetuity in advertising, trade, promotion, exhibition, or any other lawful purpose.
The registrant acknowledges and understands that they will not receive any monetary compensation for the permissions they are granting herein. They thereby waive any right of inspection of approval of the uses to which the Organization may put the Photograph, Audio, and/or Video.
The registrant acknowledges the Organization will rely on this permission and thereby releases and discharges the Organization from any and all claims and demands arising out of or in connection with the Photograph or the exercise of the permissions granted here, including any or all claims for libel, invasion of privacy, or emotional distress.
The registrant acknowledges and understands that they cannot withdraw their consent after they submit the electronic registration form and that this consent and release is binding on them and their heirs, legal representatives and assigns. They grant permission for Photographs, Audio, and Video to be collected and used by the Organization.
